Muse Fest HK 2026 - From Generation to Generation: Preservation and Conservation of National Ancient Books

Ancient books carry history, and conservation keeps their stories alive! In support of the Muse Fest HK 2026, the Conservation Office of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department has cordially invited two experts from the Office of National Center for Preservation and Conservation of Ancient Books, National Library of China (中國國家圖書館國家古籍保護中心辦公室), to share their expertise and conservation experience relating to ancient paper and ancient books. The public lecture will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, at the Lecture Hall, G/F, Hong Kong Museum of History.
